Partner — Patent Litigation & Antitrust (New York)

Senior litigator with a cross-practice patent and antitrust focus sought for a New York partner role. The position sits at the intersection of IP litigation (with a strong life‑sciences and technology emphasis), antitrust work related to private equity transactions, and corporate client counseling.

The role will lead significant disputes, manage trial- and docket-level teams, and work closely with transactional and regulatory colleagues to deliver integrated client solutions. The team serves clients across private equity, life sciences, and technology sectors.

Portable business and active client development are important for success in this role; the firm operates an open compensation model and expects partners to contribute to practice growth and cross-selling.

• Lateral partner with a proven track record in patent litigation and related IP disputes, ideally with life‑sciences or technology experience.
• Substantial experience on antitrust matters, particularly matters connected to private equity transactions or related litigation.
• Demonstrable trial and motion practice experience; experience managing teams on complex, multi‑forum matters.
• Established client relationships and demonstrable business development capability (portable book of business preferred).
• Bar admission in New York and ability to work with national and cross‑border matters.
