- Lateral partner with a proven track record in patent litigation and related IP disputes, ideally with life‑sciences or technology experience.
- Substantial experience on antitrust matters, particularly matters connected to private equity transactions or related litigation.
- Demonstrable trial and motion practice experience; experience managing teams on complex, multi‑forum matters.
- Established client relationships and demonstrable business development capability (portable book of business preferred).
- Bar admission in New York and ability to work with national and cross‑border matters.
