Senior partner opportunity in a well-regarded Toronto firm to lead and grow a Real Estate & Commercial Leasing practice. The role suits partners with a strong, portable transactional practice and the ability to bring or build significant client relationships across real estate, capital markets and related private equity transactions.

The firm is particularly interested in candidates or teams who can contribute immediately to commercial leasing, real estate investments and cross-border/finance-linked deals. Successful hires will initially join as non-equity partners with a clear pathway to equity partnership after an introductory period, with buy-in terms scaled to practice contribution.

Established partner track record in real estate and commercial leasing; transactional focus
Portable book of business or demonstrable client relationships (senior hires)
Experience with capital markets or private equity-related real estate transactions an asset
Able to lead or integrate into a team and develop business across institutional and private clients
