The role suits an experienced partner who will lead client engagements, mentor junior lawyers and collaborate with national practice groups.

Established partner-level real estate and construction practice, with substantial experience in leasing, development and construction transactions.
Background advising healthcare real estate, renewable energy projects, industrial/logistics or resort development preferred.
Experience with real estate finance and cross-practice collaboration (finance, energy) desirable.
Demonstrated client development and team leadership; an existing portable practice is welcome but a specific book of business is not required.
