Leading national law firm seeks a lateral partner to join its Dallas real estate and construction practice. The role will involve handling sophisticated transactional and project-focused matters across the real estate life cycle and construction-related disputes and contracts.

The team advises owners, developers, lenders and contractors on acquisitions, dispositions, leasing, development, financing and construction risk allocation. The successful candidate will help grow the local practice, collaborate with national industry groups, and take a visible client-facing role.

Open to candidates nationwide; portable practice and established client relationships will be strongly considered.

Established partner with a proven real estate and/or construction practice
Experience advising on transactional work and construction contracts/claims
Track record of client development and business origination
Bar admission in Texas or ability to transfer; strong professional references
