Proven partner- or senior counsel-level track record in construction, infrastructure and real estate matters
Admitted to practise in Germany (or equivalent) with strong local market knowledge
Demonstrable client development experience and ability to bring or grow a portable practice
Leadership experience, team management and excellent communication skills in German and English
