Leading national law firm is seeking a lateral partner to join its Baltimore real estate and construction litigation practice. The role focuses on handling complex commercial construction disputes, real estate-related litigation, and related risk-management matters.

The successful candidate will lead matters from intake through trial or resolution, supervise and develop junior lawyers, and work closely with transactional colleagues where disputes overlap with construction and property work. The opportunity is well suited to a partner with an established practice and the ability to grow client relationships locally and regionally.

Partner-level experience in construction and real estate litigation, including commercial dispute resolution and trial work.
Proven ability to manage cases from intake through disposition and to supervise junior attorneys.
Track record of business development and client relationships; portable practice or demonstrable origination ability preferred.
Admission to practice in Maryland (or ability to obtain) and excellent written and oral advocacy skills.
