Leading national law firm seeks a lateral partner to join its Real Estate and Construction Litigation practice in the Long Island office. The role focuses on handling complex construction disputes, real estate-related litigation and commercial matters for regional and national clients.

The team acts for owners, developers, contractors and design professionals across all phases of construction and real estate disputes, including contract claims, defect and delay claims, indemnity and insurance-related issues. The position offers a chance to lead matters, grow a practice and work with an established litigation team.

Established litigation partner with substantial experience in construction and real estate disputes.
Proven track record of leading complex commercial litigation matters and managing teams.
Demonstrable client development ability; a portable practice or book of business is welcome.
Strong writing, advocacy and client-facing skills; admitted to practice in the relevant jurisdiction.
