Leading national law firm seeks a partner to join its Sacramento office to lead and grow a construction-focused litigation and real estate practice. The role will handle commercial construction disputes, real estate-related litigation, and related transactional risk matters across public and private sector clients.

The successful candidate will manage and mentor a team of litigators, take primary responsibility for case strategy and courtroom advocacy, and work with partners across practices to expand client relationships. Business development and the ability to bring or grow a portable practice are important for this role.

Partner-level experience in construction litigation and real estate-related disputes
Proven courtroom and case-management track record; experience leading trial teams
Demonstrated business development skills and ability to grow a portable practice
Active California bar admission (or eligibility) and experience with local courts and procurement procedures
