Private practice partner opportunity to lead and grow a real estate and construction litigation practice in the firm's San Diego office. The role focuses on commercial disputes arising from real estate, construction contracts, and related commercial litigation.

The partner will manage high‑value matters, supervise associates, and work closely with cross‑practice teams on transactional and contentious issues. The role includes responsibility for business development and relationship management in the Southern California market.

A portable practice (or demonstrable client development record) is welcome; the role offers autonomy to build and expand a litigation book while collaborating with national colleagues.

Established partner or equivalent with substantial real estate and/or construction litigation experience
Demonstrable trial and courtroom experience handling commercial disputes
Proven ability to manage teams and run matters from intake through resolution
Track record of client development or a portable practice is highly desirable
Bar admission in California or ability to qualify
