Leading international law firm is seeking an experienced Real Estate partner to strengthen and lead its London construction and real estate offering. The role will focus on advising on complex construction-related matters alongside broader real estate transactions and disputes.

The team works on high-value, often cross-disciplinary matters for institutional and corporate clients. The successful candidate will be a senior rainmaker or established practice leader able to drive business development and mentor a growing team.

Established partner-level track record in construction and real estate matters, with experience on high-value/complex matters.
Proven client development ability; a portable practice or demonstrable pipeline is highly desirable.
Strong leadership and team-management skills; ability to work across transaction and contentious matters.
Admitted to practise in England & Wales (or equivalent) and able to operate from a London base.
