Senior lawyer hire to lead and expand a busy real estate and construction practice from the firm s Long Island (Melville) office. The role combines high-value transactional work, construction-related matters and client relationship management across regional and national clients.

The partner will run and develop a team, drive new business generation and work closely with complementary practice groups to deliver integrated solutions. A portable practice or demonstrable book of business is welcome.

Partner-level experience in real estate and construction law, with a strong transactional and/or litigation track record
Proven business development skills and ability to bring or grow client relationships
Experience leading teams and mentoring junior lawyers
Admission to the New York bar (or eligibility) and strong local market relationships
