Established national law firm seeks a lateral partner to lead and grow its Real Estate & Construction practice in the Los Angeles office. The role will focus on advising on complex real estate and construction matters and expanding client relationships in the region.

The successful candidate will join an experienced team and be expected to originate and execute work across commercial real estate, development projects and construction-related matters, working with clients such as owners, developers, lenders and contractors.

Proven partner-level experience in real estate and construction law.
Track record of originating and developing client relationships; portable client relationships preferred.
Strong technical skills across commercial real estate, development and construction matters.
Demonstrated leadership and experience managing teams and mentoring junior lawyers.
Bar admission in California or eligibility to transfer; active presence in the Los Angeles market.
