Leading national law firm is seeking a lateral partner to join its Los Angeles real estate and construction team. The role is suited to an experienced partner who will handle significant commercial real estate and construction matters, advise developers and owners, and work across transactional and project-delivery issues.

The position offers a senior platform within an established practice group, collaboration with cross-practice teams, and the opportunity to grow a portable practice. Candidates should be comfortable managing fee-earners and developing client relationships.

Established partner-level experience in real estate and construction law (transactional and/or dispute work).
Proven track record of originating and maintaining client relationships; portable book of business preferred.
Strong project management and team leadership skills; experience supervising associates.
California bar admission and eligibility to practice in Los Angeles.
