Senior transactional partner role within a national full‑service firm’s Los Angeles real estate and construction practice. The position focuses on complex commercial real estate and construction transactions, representing owners, developers, lenders and contractors across acquisitions, dispositions, financings, leasing and project agreements.

The team combines transactional and construction‑risk experience; the role will involve leading deals, supervising associates and collaborating with other practice groups on cross‑border and financing matters. The firm is seeking a partner who can immediately contribute to and grow a transactional real estate and construction practice in the region.

Portable client relationships and demonstrable business development capability are welcomed and will be considered in the hiring process.

Established partner track record in commercial real estate and construction transactions.
Ability to originate and develop client relationships; portable book of business preferred.
Proven experience leading complex deals and managing teams of associates and other advisors.
Strong drafting, negotiation and deal‑management skills; client‑facing presence.
