Senior partner opportunity to lead and grow a Real Estate & Construction practice within a well-established national law firm office in Milwaukee. The role combines client-facing work, matter ownership and team leadership across complex commercial real estate, construction and development matters.

The firm seeks a partner who will manage high-value transactions and disputes, collaborate with national practice teams, and help drive business development locally and regionally. The office is open to candidates based elsewhere and receptive to partners with a portable practice.

Proven partner-level experience in real estate and/or construction law (transactional and/or disputes).
Track record of originating and cultivating client relationships and leading deal teams.
Ability to collaborate with multi-office national practice groups and contribute to firm business development.
Active bar admission in the relevant jurisdiction or ability to become admitted.
Strong communication, client-management and leadership skills; openness to relocation or virtual integration with the Milwaukee office.
