Seeking a lateral partner to lead and expand a busy real estate and construction practice in a recently opened New Jersey office of a well-established national law firm. The role will handle sophisticated real estate and construction matters for a range of commercial clients.

The ideal candidate will bring a demonstrable partner-level track record, strong client relationships and experience across transactional, financing and construction-related issues. A portable practice or book of business is welcome and will be a key consideration.

Established partner-level experience in real estate and construction law
Proven record of client development and revenue generation; portable practice welcomed
Experience with commercial real estate transactions, leasing, construction contracts and related risk management
Bar admission in New Jersey or ability to obtain admission
Strong leadership, business-development and mentoring skills
