Senior transactional and litigation real estate partner opportunity with a well-established, national law firm’s New Jersey office. The role focuses on core commercial real estate and construction matters across the East Coast, with additional work in hospitality and related estate/succession planning matters.

The team handles land acquisition, development, construction disputes, and counseling for owners, developers and operators. You will join a collaborative group that combines transactional practice with litigation capabilities and cross‑practice support.

Seeking a partner with an active, portable practice who can contribute client relationships and help grow the local platform.

Established partner with a strong track record in commercial real estate and construction law (transactions and/or litigation).
Experience advising on development, land use, construction contracts/disputes, and hospitality matters preferred.
Demonstrated ability to bring and manage client relationships; portable book of business preferred.
Bar admission in New Jersey or willingness to seek admission; excellent business development and team leadership skills.
