Leading national law firm is seeking a lateral partner to join its newly opened New Jersey office, focusing on real estate and construction matters. The role will combine client-facing deal work with strategic business development to grow a regional practice.

The successful candidate will lead transactions and disputes across commercial real estate, development, and construction sectors, mentor junior lawyers, and work closely with cross-practice teams. This is an opportunity to establish and expand a portable practice in a growing office.

Established partner with significant experience in real estate and construction matters
Proven ability to originate and grow client relationships; portable book of business expected
Strong transaction and/or litigation experience in commercial real estate, development, or construction disputes
Bar admission in New Jersey (or willingness to seek admission) and excellent communication and team leadership skills
