Senior partner-level role for an established Stuttgart practice focused on real estate, construction and infrastructure matters. The role involves leading transactional and advisory work for developers, contractors and investors across both construction and real estate lifecycle matters.

The successful candidate will join a market-facing team with opportunities to develop client relationships, originate new mandates and take a leadership role in growing the practice in the region. The firm is open to candidates bringing a portable practice.

Proven partner- or senior counsel-level experience in construction and real estate law (Germany-focused).
Track record of client origination and business development; comfortable managing and growing a team.
Admission to practise in Germany and strong technical skills in construction contracts, disputes and real estate transactions.
Excellent German and professional English language skills.
