Leading German law firm seeks a partner to strengthen its Stuttgart real estate, construction and infrastructure practice. The role combines client-facing work on large-scale transactions and projects with responsibility for business development and practice growth.

Ideal candidate will lead deal teams, advise on construction and infrastructure projects across project lifecycles, and help expand the practice regionally. The team handles cross-disciplinary matters and works closely with other practice groups.

Qualified to practise in Germany with substantial partner-level experience in real estate, construction and/or infrastructure matters.
Proven track record of leading complex transactions and project work (development, contracting, procurement or project finance-related matters).
Demonstrable client development skills; a portable practice or clear ability to generate business is required.
Experience managing and mentoring teams; strong commercial judgment and negotiation skills.
Fluent German and strong English for client-facing and cross-border work.
