Leading German practice seeks a partner to join its Stuttgart office to lead and grow the real estate and construction practice. The role will handle contentious and non-contentious construction matters, infrastructure-related projects and complex real estate transactions for institutional and corporate clients.

The successful candidate will take a senior role on client development, team leadership and cross-practice coordination across project delivery, disputes and regulatory aspects. This is a partner-level position suitable for an established practitioner with an existing portable practice or clear business-generation ability.

Qualified lawyer with substantial experience in construction law and real estate transactions, including infrastructure projects
Proven partner- or senior counsel-level track record and experience leading teams
Demonstrable business development ability; a portable practice or clear client relationships is required
Excellent German language skills; English fluency for international work
