Senior partner opportunity with a leading international law firm’s Miami office, focusing on transactional real estate matters with crossover into construction, healthcare and energy-related projects. The role will handle complex leasing, industrial/logistics and resort development matters, and support clients on renewable energy and finance-linked real estate transactions.

The team advises institutional and corporate clients on acquisitions, dispositions, development and financings. The firm is seeking a partner to lead and grow the practice in South Florida, collaborating across national teams on cross-border and multi-disciplinary matters.

Established partner-level transactional experience in real estate and related sectors (construction, healthcare real estate, energy/renewables).
Proven ability to originate and develop client relationships; portable business helpful but not strictly required.
Strong deal management and team leadership skills, with experience coordinating multidisciplinary transactions.
Admission to practice in Florida (or eligibility) and experience working with institutional clients and financings.
