An established, full-service law firm is seeking a lateral partner to join its Seattle real estate team. The role will focus on complex leasing and development matters across commercial, industrial/logistics and resort sectors, with significant crossover into healthcare, renewable energy and finance-related transactions.

The partner will lead client engagements, mentor junior lawyers, and work collaboratively with colleagues across construction, energy and finance practices. The role suits a market-facing lawyer who handles high-value transactions and structured real estate projects.

Established partner-level track record in real estate transactions (leasing, development) and related sectors such as healthcare, renewable energy or industrial/logistics.
Experience leading deals and managing teams; strong client-facing and business development capabilities.
Comfort working cross-functionally with construction, energy and finance teams on complex transactions.
Licensed to practice in the relevant jurisdiction or able to become licensed; ability to build and sustain client relationships. A portable practice is welcome though a formal book of business is not required.
