Leading national law firm seeks a lateral partner to join its Seattle compliance and regulatory practice with a focus on healthcare and media/entertainment matters. The role will counsel clients on regulatory strategy, FDA-related issues, advertising and promotional compliance, and related corporate/regulatory intersections.

The partner will join a cross-practice team serving regional and national clients, working on counseling, policy development, risk assessments, and regulatory responses. The role is client-facing and will involve business development within the practice area.

Portable business is welcome; the ideal candidate will be able to contribute an established client base and help grow the practice in the Pacific Northwest.

Active bar admission in Washington (or eligibility to obtain admission)
Proven partner-level experience in regulatory compliance, with substantial work in healthcare and/or media/advertising
Practical experience advising on FDA-related matters, advertising/promotional compliance, or related regulatory frameworks
Demonstrated business development skills and ability to bring or grow client relationships
