Partner — Restructuring & Bankruptcy, Chicago

Senior partner opportunity within a well-established international law firm’s Chicago office focused on corporate restructuring and bankruptcy matters. The role will lead high-value restructuring engagements, advise corporate debtors and creditors, and work across cross-functional deal and litigation teams.

The team handles complex chapter 11 cases and out-of-court restructurings for middle-market and larger clients; the office offers significant resources and national coordination while maintaining a client-focused practice environment.

Open to lateral partners with an established restructuring practice and a track record of originating and leading engagements. There is scope for partners with a portable book of business to integrate into the team.

• Established partner-level experience in bankruptcy, restructuring and corporate finance-related matters.
• Proven transactional and/or insolvency litigation experience handling chapter 11 cases and out-of-court restructurings.
• Demonstrable client development and relationship-management capabilities; portable practice welcome.
• Licensed to practice in the relevant jurisdiction and able to work in the Chicago office.
