Leading global law firm seeks a lateral partner to join its New York restructuring and bankruptcy practice. The role will focus on corporate restructuring matters across domestic insolvency and workouts, advising corporate debtors, creditors and other stakeholders.

The successful candidate will join an established team and be expected to contribute to client development, lead transactions and supervise junior lawyers. This is an opportunity to build a visible, market-facing practice within a well-resourced platform.

Established partner with significant experience in restructuring and bankruptcy matters.
Demonstrable track record of leading complex insolvency, workout or distressed M&A matters.
Proven ability to originate and grow client relationships; portable practice welcome.
Strong team leadership and mentoring skills; admitted to practice in New York (or eligible).
