Senior partner opening in Berlin for an experienced restructuring and corporate lawyer to join a busy, full‑service practice. The role combines leading insolvency- and restructuring-related mandates with general corporate advisory work, including transactional elements arising from distressed situations.

The position is partner-level: you will advise across complex restructurings, coordinate cross-practice teams, and develop long-term client relationships. The team works closely with finance, litigation and tax specialists on cross-disciplinary assignments.

Portable practice/clients welcome — there is flexibility for candidates who can bring an established book of business and who want to expand their practice within the local market.

Qualified lawyer admitted to practise in Germany with substantial partner- or senior counsel-level experience in restructuring/insolvency and related corporate work.
Proven track record of originating or leading complex restructuring and distressed M&A matters.
Strong commercial judgement, leadership experience and ability to manage client relationships and teams.
Fluent German and professional English; excellent drafting and negotiation skills.
