A national restructuring and finance team is seeking a lateral partner to lead and grow insolvency, restructuring and distressed finance work from its Bristol office. The role combines leading complex turnaround matters with advisory and transactional finance mandates across corporate and creditor-side work.

The successful hire will join a market-facing team and be expected to develop and manage client relationships, mentor senior associates, and contribute to the practice's commercial growth. There is scope to bring and develop a portable practice.

Established partner-level experience in restructuring/insolvency and related finance work.
Proven track record of leading complex restructurings, creditor-side mandates or distressed financings.
Strong client development skills and experience supervising teams.
Ability to operate in English law practice and to manage cross-practice instructions.
