Experienced litigation partner sought to lead and grow a securities and healthcare-focused practice in the Baltimore office of a highly regarded law firm. The role will handle complex securities enforcement, regulatory and white-collar matters, and high-stakes litigation arising in life sciences and digital health sectors.

The position offers an established cross-practice platform and senior-level support for case work, investigations and appeals. The role includes firm leadership responsibilities, client relationship management and collaboration with regulatory, corporate and healthcare teams across offices.

A portable practice is welcome; the firm is seeking a partner who can contribute existing client relationships and take a visible business-development role while mentoring junior lawyers.

Partner-level litigation experience with focus on securities enforcement, regulatory or white-collar matters and healthcare/life sciences disputes
Proven track record leading complex cases and managing teams of associates and staff
Established client relationships or a portable practice; demonstrated business-development capability
Admission to practice in the relevant U.S. jurisdiction(s) and ability to meet firm credentialing requirements
