Senior partner opportunity to lead and grow a securities litigation practice in the firm’s San Francisco office. The role combines courtroom experience, high-stakes regulatory and shareholder defense work, and client relationship leadership.

The partner will manage litigation teams, advise sophisticated corporate and institutional clients, and play a central role in business development and practice strategy. The firm is seeking an experienced, market-facing litigator with a track record of winning complex securities matters.

Proven partner-level experience in securities litigation and regulatory matters
Demonstrable trial and motion practice experience before federal and state courts
Strong client-development and rainmaking ability; portable practice preferred
Experience managing and mentoring litigation teams
Active bar admission in California (or ability to transfer)
