Leading global law firm is seeking a partner to join its San Francisco finance team with a primary focus on structured finance and securitization matters. The role will handle complex structured and leveraged finance transactions across a range of industries and capital structures.

The team advises lenders, issuers and other market participants on securitizations, structured financings and related regulatory and documentation matters. The position offers significant client-facing responsibility and involvement in originating and executing high-value transactions.

Applicants should be prepared to bring and grow a portable practice; the firm values partners who can develop business and collaborate across offices.

Established partner-level experience in structured finance and securitization, including leveraged and structured lending.
Track record advising on complex securitizations, funding structures and transaction documentation.
Proven client development and business generation skills; portable book of business preferred.
Experience supervising and mentoring junior lawyers and managing deal teams.
Admission to the relevant state bar and the ability to work in the U.S.
