Leading national law firm is seeking a lateral Tax partner to join its Chicago tax practice. The role will focus on delivering sophisticated tax advice to corporate and private clients across federal, state and transactional matters.

The successful candidate will join a collaborative team advising on complex tax structuring, planning and compliance. This is a visible role with opportunities to lead client engagements and contribute to practice growth.

Established partner-level tax practitioner with a strong track record in corporate and transactional tax matters.
Demonstrated experience advising on federal and state tax planning, structuring and compliance.
Proven ability to originate and grow client relationships; a portable practice is advantageous.
Strong leadership, communication and business-development capabilities; bar admission in the U.S. required.
