Senior tax partner role with a well-established US practice group based in Chicago. The team advises on a broad range of federal, state and transactional tax matters for corporate and high‑net‑worth clients across multiple industries.

The firm seeks a partner who will lead client relationships, develop business and mentor junior lawyers within a collaborative, national platform. A portable practice or demonstrated ability to originate and grow tax work is highly desirable.

Established partner with significant tax experience at a major law firm or equivalent background
Proven client-development track record; portable book of business preferred
Deep knowledge of federal and state tax law and tax aspects of corporate transactions
Strong leadership and team-management skills; ability to mentor associates
Licensed to practice in the relevant US jurisdiction(s)
