The team works closely with transactional, project finance and regulatory practices; the position requires a partner who can manage high-value matters, mentor junior lawyers, and collaborate across offices. The firm welcomes candidates with an established energy tax practice and the ability to bring a portable client base.

Proven partner-level experience in tax law with a focus on energy or project finance matters
Demonstrated track record advising on tax aspects of energy transactions, financings, or project development
Ability to originate and manage client relationships; portable practice preferred
Strong leadership and mentoring skills; experience managing deal teams
Licensed to practice in the relevant U.S. jurisdiction or able to transfer admission
