Partner — Tax & Litigation, Baltimore

Senior lawyer opportunity to join a well‑established national law firm seeking to expand its tax controversy and litigation capabilities in Baltimore. The role blends courtroom and contentious tax work with client advisory responsibilities.

This is a partner-level, client-facing role expected to lead matters, mentor junior lawyers and work closely with cross-office teams on significant tax disputes. The hire will join a team handling federal and state tax litigation and related dispute resolution.

• Lateral partner with an established tax litigation practice and demonstrable experience leading contested matters.
• Proven track record of originating or cultivating client relationships and managing fee-earning matters; a portable practice is welcome.
• Strong litigation skills, including motion practice, discovery management and courtroom experience.
• Collaborative leader able to supervise associates and work across practice groups.
