Partner, Tax — Washington, D.C.

Leading national law firm seeks a lateral partner to join its Washington, D.C. tax practice. The role offers an opportunity to lead significant tax matters, advise corporate and high-net-worth clients, and mentor a growing team.

The ideal candidate will have an established tax practice and will be expected to contribute to business development while collaborating across practice groups. This is a senior role with responsibility for client service, practice growth, and strategic leadership.

• Proven partner-level experience in tax law advising corporate and/or high-net-worth clients
• Active bar admission (District of Columbia) or eligibility to transfer
• Demonstrated business development skills and an ability to bring or grow client relationships
• Experience supervising and mentoring associates and collaborating with other practice areas
