Lead and grow a tax practice within a busy, full-service law firm office in West Palm Beach. This role is for an experienced tax partner who will advise clients on a broad range of federal, state and local tax matters and contribute to office leadership and business development.

The office seeks a hands-on leader who can manage complex engagements, mentor junior lawyers, and work collaboratively across practice groups. A portable tax practice or demonstrable origination capability is welcome.

Established partner-level tax attorney with significant transactional and/or controversy experience.
Advanced tax knowledge (LLM in Tax or comparable experience preferred but not required) and JD with active bar admission.
Proven record of client development and ability to bring or grow a portable tax practice.
Strong management and mentoring skills; comfortable supervising associates and coordinating with cross-practice teams.
