Established multi-practice firm is seeking a partner to lead and grow its tax and estate planning offering in the West Palm Beach office. The role will focus on advising high-net-worth individuals, families and closely held businesses on estate, gift and wealth-transfer planning, tax-efficient entity structuring, and related succession matters.

The ideal candidate will join an existing team, take a lead role on matters, and help develop new client relationships in the region. A portable practice or demonstrable origination capability is welcome and will be considered in the hiring decision.

Seasoned tax and estate planning practitioner at the partner level.
Proven experience advising high-net-worth individuals, family offices or owner-managed businesses on estate, gift and tax planning.
Demonstrable client development and business origination skills; portable practice preferred.
Bar admission in the relevant state and strong interpersonal, team leadership and mentoring abilities.
