A well-established law firm is seeking a Tax Partner to join its West Palm Beach office. This role will lead and grow a tax practice, advising clients on federal, state and transactional tax matters and providing strategic tax planning and controversy support.

The ideal candidate will have an existing tax practice and a track record of business development. This position offers partner-level responsibility for client relationship management, mentoring junior lawyers, and collaborating across practice groups to support complex, cross-disciplinary matters.

Admission to practice in the relevant state and good standing.
Significant partner-level experience in tax law (federal, state, transactional and/or controversy).
Proven ability to originate and develop client relationships; portable practice or demonstrable book of business preferred.
Strong leadership, client management and mentoring skills.
