Opportunity for an experienced tax partner to join a well-established national practice in West Palm Beach. The role involves leading tax work for corporate and high-net-worth clients and advising on a wide range of federal and state tax matters.

The position is suited to a partner who can bring or continue developing a portable practice, mentor junior lawyers, and collaborate with colleagues across practice groups and offices. The team handles transactional, planning and controversy work for sophisticated clients.

Proven partner-level tax practice with a track record of client development and relationship management
Deep experience in federal and state tax matters; transactional and/or controversy experience preferred
Strong leadership and mentoring skills; ability to work cross-functionally with other practice groups
Bar admission; advanced tax credentials (LL.M./CPA) a plus
