Leading national law firm seeks a lateral partner to join its Boston team to expand its Technology and Healthcare practices. The role focuses on counseling clients on privacy and data-protection matters across software, technology-enabled services, and regulated healthcare settings.

The partner will take a senior client-facing role, leading engagements, developing business in the region, and mentoring more junior lawyers within cross-practice teams. There is an expectation of bringing and building client relationships consistent with a portable practice.

Established partner-level experience counseling clients in privacy & data protection, preferably with a technology and/or healthcare focus
Proven record of originating and managing client work and developing new business
Experience leading teams and managing complex, cross-practice engagements
Active bar admission in Massachusetts or willingness to obtain admission
