Seeking a partner to lead and grow a cross-practice technology and healthcare team in Silicon Valley. The role focuses on high-end counseling and transactions at the intersection of software, digital health and regulated healthcare clients, with a strong emphasis on privacy and data protection.

The successful candidate will handle deal work and complex regulatory counseling, build and supervise a team of lawyers, and collaborate with colleagues across offices to expand client coverage in technology and healthcare sectors. The role is open to candidates with an established, portable practice and a demonstrated track record of client origination.

Experienced partner with an established technology and/or healthcare practice, ideally including software or digital health clients
Substantive expertise in privacy & data protection and related regulatory matters
Proven business development and client relationship skills, including a portable book of business
Track record of managing teams and developing junior lawyers; admitted to practice in the relevant US jurisdiction(s)
