Experienced litigation partner sought to lead and expand a technology-focused disputes practice in the Palo Alto office of a leading US law firm. The role centers on defending and prosecuting complex commercial and class action litigation for technology-sector clients, with a particular emphasis on privacy and data-protection matters.

The partner will supervise case teams, collaborate with cross-practice colleagues on regulatory and IP-adjacent issues, and play a visible role in business development. The firm is looking for a seasoned trial and appellate litigator who can manage high-stakes matters and help grow client relationships in the region.

Established partner-level litigation experience, ideally with a technology-sector focus
Proven track record on complex commercial and class action matters and experience with privacy/data-protection disputes
Demonstrated trial and appellate advocacy skills and strong case-management abilities
Business development capability; able to develop and expand client relationships (portable practice welcomed)
Bar admission in California or eligibility to become admitted
