Experienced litigation partner sought to lead and grow a technology-focused disputes practice in the Silicon Valley / Palo Alto market. The role focuses on complex commercial and class-action matters with a heavy privacy, data-protection and technology component.

The partner will manage high-stakes litigation, supervise associates, and work closely with in-house legal teams and external stakeholders. The position offers a chance to shape a practice group, handle precedent-setting matters, and drive client-facing strategies in a busy tech ecosystem.

This is a senior leadership role for a rainmaker who can combine courtroom experience with business development to expand regional and national workstreams.

• Portable book of business of $2M+ (USD)
• Established record of leading complex technology-related litigation and class actions
• Proven business development track record and existing client relationships in the technology sector
• Experience supervising teams and managing outside counsel on high-value matters
• Admission to the California bar or eligibility for admission
