Lateral Partner — Commercial Litigation, Silicon Valley

Seeking a lateral partner to join a busy commercial litigation team in Silicon Valley. The role is for an experienced trial and appellate litigator who will handle complex commercial disputes across technology and commercial clients.

The hire will lead matter teams, manage high‑value litigation, and work closely with firm leadership on strategy and business development. The office offers broad litigation platform support and national reach while maintaining a strong local presence.

• Established partner with substantial commercial litigation experience (trial and motion practice).
• Proven ability to originate and manage client matters; portable practice/established client relationships required.
• Track record of leading teams and developing business in the tech/innovation sector preferred.
• Admission to the California bar or ability to obtain admission.
