Lateral Partner — Commercial Litigation (Silicon Valley)

Our client, a highly regarded law firm, is seeking a lateral partner to join its Litigation practice in the Silicon Valley office. The successful candidate will handle complex commercial litigation matters across a broad range of industries, with a focus on business disputes, contract and tort claims, and other high-stakes commercial conflicts.

The role offers a platform for a seasoned litigator to bring and grow a portable practice while collaborating with a deep bench of trial and appellate lawyers. The firm supports cross-office and cross-practice integration, and the partner will be expected to contribute to business development and mentoring of junior attorneys.

This is a lateral partner search; the firm is targeting a candidate with an established client following and a demonstrated record of success in commercial litigation.

• Admission to the State Bar of California (or willingness to become admitted)
• Significant experience litigating complex commercial disputes, including trial and/or appellate work
• Demonstrated ability to originate and maintain client relationships
• Portable book of business of $2M+ (USD)
• Strong academic credentials and excellent written and oral advocacy skills
