The team values courtroom experience, a proven record of managing associates, and the ability to originate and grow client relationships. The partner will have access to firm resources across offices while developing a portable practice in the region.

Established partner with significant commercial litigation experience at the trial or appellate level
Proven track record of business development and a portable book of business
Experience managing and mentoring litigation teams
Bar admission in California (or eligible) and familiarity with Silicon Valley commercial/tech disputes
