Lateral Partner, Litigation — Silicon Valley

Leading litigation practice in Silicon Valley is seeking a lateral partner to join its trial and arbitration team. The role focuses on high-stakes commercial disputes, with a mix of domestic and international arbitration work.

The team represents corporate clients across technology and related sectors; the position is a hands-on trial/advocacy role that will lead matters, supervise associates, and help grow a portable practice.

• Established partner with a portable practice and demonstrable book of business
• Proven experience in commercial litigation and arbitration (domestic and/or international)
• Track record of leading trials or arbitrations and managing teams of associates
• Strong client relationships and business development skills
