Join a national law firm as a partner focused on the intersection of technology and healthcare. This role will lead and expand the practice in Tampa, with a particular emphasis on privacy and data protection matters for software, tech-enabled healthcare services, and related clients.

The partner will advise on regulatory, transactional and compliance issues, supervise deal and project teams, and work closely with cross-practice colleagues to deliver integrated solutions. Business development and relationship management responsibilities include growing an existing client base and converting new opportunities into sustained engagements.

Partner-level experience in technology and healthcare matters, with demonstrable expertise in privacy & data protection.
Proven track record of originating or developing client work and the ability to bring or grow a portable practice.
Experience leading teams and managing cross-disciplinary client engagements.
Active bar admission in the relevant jurisdiction or ability to qualify quickly.
