Senior partner opportunity in the Technology, Media & Entertainment / Intellectual Property group based in the firm's San Diego office. The role focuses on leading and expanding a portable patent litigation practice with significant overlap into technology and life‑sciences matters, and on handling antitrust work connected to private‑equity transactions and disputes.

The team serves clients across technology, life sciences, energy and private equity; the hire will split time between high‑stakes patent litigation and related antitrust/competition mandates. The firm operates an open compensation system and seeks a partner who can both litigate at trial and develop client relationships.

Established partner with a track record in patent litigation and related technology/IP disputes.
Experience handling antitrust/competition matters, preferably in transactions or PE‑related disputes.
Industry experience in life sciences, technology, energy or private equity preferred.
Demonstrated client development ability and willingness to contribute a portable practice.
Bar admission and ability to practice in the relevant jurisdiction(s); excellent litigation and trial skills.
