Senior partner opportunity to join a national technology, media and entertainment practice on a location‑agnostic basis, with primary responsibilities supporting clients from the Bay Area market. The role focuses on high‑value technology and media transactions, licensing, and related commercial work across telecom and digital media sectors.

The team seeks an experienced deal‑leader who will manage transactions, supervise junior lawyers, and play a visible role in business development. Candidates with a portable client base or demonstrated ability to originate and grow client relationships will be strongly considered.

Established partner-level experience in technology transactions, media/entertainment or TMT matters.
Proven track record leading deals and managing teams; strong drafting and negotiation skills.
Demonstrable client development ability; portable book of business welcomed.
Bar admission in a US jurisdiction and ability to practise in the relevant market.
