Established partner with significant experience advising technology, media & entertainment and/or transportation clients
Proven record of originating and managing client relationships and leading deal or transactional matters
Ability to work cross-functionally across industry groups and develop new business
Portable book of business expected; open to candidates with a demonstrable, transferable client base
